Sam Sherman (b. 1994, Boston, MA) is a mixed-media artist living and working in New York. His work examines the history of the mass media’s dissemination of information, especially coverage of international conflict and violence, and its intersection with personal and family histories. Recent projects investigate cable news coverage of the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
