Merging the subjective and objective via abstraction, Noah uses humor, subtlety, and suspension to create specifically ambiguous images that allude to a narrative reading. Through paintings and small objects, he stages scenes where familiar notions of rationality need not apply, and connections and meanings between unrelated things become perceivable.
